I am finally back in L.A. after the amazing and breathtaking views of our memorable China trip!

I am writing to thank you for your efficient and gracious service, and special thanks for taking the time to meet with us in Chengdu and the choice of such a beautiful souvenir for all of us. You sure have showed us a great example for excellent Customer Service.

Once again, we thank you very much for being so patient, answering all of our silly questions and explaining all that we need to know. You are Mr. Wonderful!

It was truly a great pleasure working with you, your professionalism and experience have been a great asset in planning my trip and I look forward to doing so again in the near future, hopefully in 2024. I just want to let you know that we had a fantastic cruise tour with Century Victory and its highly competent and kind staff.

The cabin was very fine, so was the restaurant and the excursions. We chose the ship lift tour in the end which was also amazing.

Hello Wonder,

Yes, we are back home. We had a great time. My favorite part was the service, especially. The English-speaking staff. They worked really hard to make our trip enjoyable. We upgraded (ship was not full) to an executive floor. That was a good decision.

The tours, were interesting, even. If the weather did not always cooperate.

Food-wise, I really appreciated the excellent coffee and the quality of the red wine!
