		<description>Great idea! I do have an oven here in Shanghai, but it has only 2 temperatures - FURNACE and OFF. It burns everything in 2 seconds flat, so I&#039;m now happy to know I can put my rice cooker through its paces and try some slow cooked meats. Thanks for the tips!</description>
